Can't see the Copy to Excel option in the Dashboard Report

We asked user to check Tools, Deploy Dashboard. Then in the window that opens select Test Application. Sees CopyToExcel option is there.

Now check his menu item for the dashboard in Menu Maintenance - it is setup as a runtime dashboard.

He will need to change it to a Dashboard Assembly instead.

Also that updatable dashboards must be deployed to the menu as assemblies in order to do updates.
