Duplicate PO suggestion , system generating

If system generating duplicate PO suggestion then check below mention check points :- 
a) PO release level there is two check boxes . locked qty and locked date , check whether both check boxes are enabled or not 
b) Check the lead time of part and date of supply 
c) If lead time is more then date of supply then system will generate one more suggestion to fulfill the demand 


Solution :- 
If at PO suggestion lock qty and lock date is enable then do uncheck and generate the MRP and check whether issue is resolved or not ..
If lead time is more then supply date then go to site maintenance and enable the check box of Use dynamic day of supply in lead time.
